About
Music has been at the center of my life for as long as I can remember. I began studying classical piano at the age of seven, writing songs and performing in bands as a young teenager, and later pursued music and art at the university level. Since then, I've spent nearly two decades writing, performing, recording, and producing music across a wide range of genres.
Today, I divide my time between performing original music, producing records at Darkroot Studios, and teaching a small private piano studio here in Rome, Georgia.
As the owner of Darkroot Studios, I collaborate with artists throughout every stage of making a record—from songwriting and arrangement to recording, production, and mixing. I believe the strongest work grows from careful listening, honest collaboration, and equal respect for both the emotional and technical sides of music.
Alongside my work in the studio, I maintain a small private teaching studio for children, teens, and adults, and I also provide private piano instruction through the Montessori School of Rome. My teaching combines strong musical fundamentals with an individualized approach that encourages curiosity, creativity, and lasting musicianship.
Although each area of my work is distinct, they're all guided by the same values: thoughtful craftsmanship, meaningful collaboration, and an intentional approach to the creative process.
